Homes for Students is the UK’s leading provider of student accommodation. The Maintenance Operative role at Swan Residences in Glasgow is a part-time position (20 hours) with shifts from 10:00 to 15:00 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

The role covers planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring statutory compliance and high-quality service to residents. You will report and respond to issues, work with limited supervision, and liaise with suppliers and contractors to maintain property
