At B&Q, TradePoint Customer Advisors help trade members find the right products and services, delivering a great in-store experience through active listening and personalised recommendations.

You’ll build relationships with diverse tradespeople, manage promotions and loyalty sign-ups, and work on a rota including weekends and evenings to support busy trade counters. You’ll receive training and development opportunities as part of our benefits package.
