Maintenance Contracts Manager – Facilities & Compliance

Job Description

NHS Lanarkshire is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager (Contracts) to lead contract and supplier management, ensuring safe, compliant services across our facilities. The role sits in the Maintenance Management Team and acts as the main contact for contractors on day-to-day commercial and performance matters.

You will develop scopes of work, monitor SLAs and KPIs, coordinate with Finance, Procurement and Estates, and drive service improvements while maintaining accurate contract records.
