Store Team Leader – Evenings & Weekend Shifts

Job Description

Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Kelso to oversee daily store operations and manage a small team. You’ll ensure smooth service on the shop floor, manage till operations, and drive merchandising and stock accuracy to meet store targets.

This part-time role requires flexible availability including weekends, with a 20-hour base schedule and regular overtime. You’ll be instrumental in delivering local community services and supporting Co-op membership growth.
