Job Description

Stonegate Pub Company is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for Slug & Lettuce, George Street in Edinburgh to drive kitchen performance and guest satisfaction. You will guide a kitchen team, uphold high standards of food quality and safety, and work with the Kitchen Manager to meet targets.

You will train and develop colleagues, manage stock and orders, and contribute creative ideas to improve efficiency while maintaining a clean, hygienic kitchen environment.
