Job Description

Sanctuary Group is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader in Glasgow to oversee a team of 13 landscapers and deliver grounds maintenance across Sanctuary sites in Southwest Scotland. The role reports to the maintenance team and involves supervising daily tasks, ensuring safety, and maintaining records.

The position is 40 hours per week with a salary of £29,436 per year. You will lead grass cutting, hedge trimming, de-weeding and related tasks, ensuring compliance with contract specifications
