Housing Fire Safety & Compliance Officer

Job Description

Centreforequalities seeks a Housing Technical Officer to support fire safety and compliance across high-rise and sheltered housing. The role involves field-based inspections, coordinating with contractors and housing teams to ensure safety standards are met.

You will deliver emergency lighting checks, manage fire stopping projects, and advise colleagues and residents on safety requirements while adhering to health, safety, and CDM regulations.
