Job Description

Barchester Healthcare is recruiting a Senior Nurse (General) to lead a care home team in Aberdeen. You will provide clinical leadership, assess new residents, implement care plans and ensure medicines are administered safely in line with NMC regulations.

You will mentor and develop staff, ensuring high standards of care and adherence to regulatory guidelines while fostering a supportive environment for residents with varied needs.
