Job Description

T-Tech is seeking an IT Field Engineer to join our client-facing team in the UK. Based in Glasgow & Edinburgh, you will provide second-line support, troubleshoot complex IT issues, and build strong relationships with the client’s IT team.

You will document incidents, contribute to reports, and continuously seek improvements to service delivery. The role requires knowledge of IT systems, networks, and servers, plus excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
