Job Description

PRIMAL STRENGTH is seeking a Customer Support Agent in Glasgow. You will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving issues via phone, email and chat, and handling technical troubleshooting and warranty claims.

Role is based across Buchanan Street HQ and Paisley office, four days on-site with one day remote after training, with a competitive salary and bonus potential. Experience with gym equipment preferred.
