Plant Engineer – Paisley
We are looking for a workshop plant engineer to work from one of our prestigious depots near Paisley. The role offers long term job security and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities
- Carry out preventative maintenance on construction equipment.
- Diagnose faults quickly and effectively to minimise downtime.
- Provide solutions and assistance to support the hire desk when required.
- Carry out repairs efficiently to manufacturer guidelines.
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures.
- Support day to day service, maintenance and repair of construction equipment such as excavators, dump trucks, diggers, dozers (up to 13 tonnes), telehandlers, generators, rollers, pumps, breakers, etc.
Qualifications & Experience
Prior experience as an engineer, mechanic, plant fitter, mobile plant fitter, workshop plant engineer/fitter, service fitter/engineer, or service technician is preferred. Trainee engineers may be considered. Knowledge of PAT testing, electric/diesel engines, hydraulic and pneumatic systems is an advantage.
