Fleet & Transport Manager – Car Allowance & Compliance Lead

Job Description

Carrington West is seeking an experienced Transport Manager to own and optimize the transport function for a busy fleet in Glasgow. You will ensure safe, compliant operation and lead improvements across fleet performance, working with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient transport services across Scotland.

Reporting to the operations leadership, you will drive safety, cost control and continuous improvement while managing drivers, budgets and external contractors.
