Assistant Store Manager – Lead Retail Team (Weekends)

Job Description

The British Heart Foundation in Dunfermline is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive daily operations, support the Store Manager, and lead a small team of staff and volunteers to deliver an outstanding customer journey.

You will work across 7 days, with weekends and bank holidays on a rota, focusing on visual merchandising, sales growth, and volunteer development while upholding our values and fundraising goals.
