Cameron House is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join the senior kitchen brigade at our Loch Lomond resort. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will drive high standards, mentor the team, and uphold health and safety while managing budgets and menus.

You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure consistent quality, handle stock and wastage, and collaborate on bespoke menus to enhance guest experiences. A five-star hotel background and strong communication are essential.
