Job Description

Millbank Holdings Limited is seeking a Governance & Reporting Manager to support a high-profile infrastructure programme in Scotland. You will establish governance frameworks, lead stakeholder engagement and produce concise senior briefings to aid decision-making.

Role focuses on RAIDO oversight, change control and reporting compliance within a secure, multi-stakeholder environment. On-site attendance required two to four days weekly; SC clearance is expected.
