Dentsu is seeking an Academy & L&D Manager to join the Amplifi Academy, shaping Growth Solutions learning across the organisation. The role is permanent and hybrid, with offices in London, Edinburgh, Manchester or Stafford, and a focus on developing commercial capability and growth-oriented behaviours.

You will partner with senior leaders to scale learning programmes, drive behavioural change at scale and embed a strong learning culture across 900+ digital specialists.
