The Scottish Government’s Equality, Inclusion & Human Rights Directorate is committed to embedding equality, inclusion and human rights at the heart of policy and decision making. The Mainstreaming and Inclusion Division drives high profile work from PfG and budget to anti racism policy and the establishment of AROS.

AROS will be a national centre of excellence in Scotland, supporting and challenging public bodies to deliver systemic change through an intersectional, anti racism lens.
