We offer three flexible shift patterns designed to support a healthy balance between your work commitments and personal life.

These can be a combination of days and nights. – 12 days on 2 days off (work 12 days, weekend off and continue) – 6 days on 1 day off

  • Part-time over 4 days, shift patterns of Sat-Tue or Thurs-Sun We also have vacancies for high-speed operatives, which involve night shifts.

Role Overview

As a Traffic Management Operative, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring safe and efficient traffic flow on highways and construction sites.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up and maintaining traffic management systems
  • Safely directing traffic during roadworks, events, and emergencies
  • Collaborating with colleagues and clients to ensure smooth operations

Requirements for Traffic Management Operative

  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Flexibility to work shift patterns as stated above
  • Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points and held for more than 10 months
  • Within 40 minutes driving distance from depot
  • Lantra 12AB, 12D M1/M2, or Unit 2) desirable but not essential
