Regional Locality Manager – Children & Families

Job Description

Right There in Glasgow seeks a Locality Manager to lead the strategic implementation and operational management of the Glasgow and West Children and Families programmes, including Young People Family Support, Mentoring, and South Ayrshire Supported Accommodation.

You will coach and develop service managers and delivery teams, ensure services are safe, person-centred and outcomes-focused, and work with commissioners, local authorities and regulators to secure high-quality delivery.
