Senior Practitioner – Care Leader & Mentor (Flexible)

Job Description

British Red Cross in Aberdeen is seeking a Senior Practitioner to lead a team delivering high-quality care and support as people regain independence after crisis. You will coordinate referrals with hospitals and community teams, mentor staff and volunteers, and conduct risk assessments to ensure safe living environments.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle, and registration with the SSSC within 3 months. This is a permanent position offering flexible working options.
