Inbound Talent is recruiting a Billing Assistant to join our client’s finance team in Livingston, Scotland. The role focuses on preparing, processing and managing client invoices in a fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery.

You will collaborate with sales, legal and operations to resolve discrepancies, maintain billing records, and support month-end and year-end closing.
