ESN Field Engineer – On-Call, Island Travel

Job Description

Ericsson is seeking an ESN Engineer based in Scotland with responsibilities for a designated group of ESN sites. You will be self-managing, proactively maintaining sites and coordinating with the wider FSO team to boost network resilience and availability. A flexible schedule and travel to remote islands are required.

You will lead problem management, work to meet customer SLAs, and participate in a 24×7 callout rota while staying aligned with safety practices and Ericsson standards.
