About the Role

Our Client islooking to recruit a skilled CNC Turner to join their precision machining team. The ideal candidate will be confident setting and operating 2-axis CNC latheswith Fanuc controls, and capable of working from engineering drawings totight tolerances. While programming experience is a bonus, training will beprovided for those looking to expand into offline programming usingEdgecam.

You’ll beworking with a wide variety of materials – from composites to high-temperaturealloys – in a clean, well-equipped environment, supporting a company with astrong reputation for quality and investment in its people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operateand set 2-axis CNC lathes (Fanuc controls)
  • Readand interpret engineering drawings
  • Create,read, and understand ISO programs
  • Workindependently within a high-precision manufacturing environment
  • Selectappropriate tooling and apply correct cutting conditions
  • Handlea wide range of materials, from composites to high-temp alloys
  • Supportthe production team with minimal supervision

Desirable but Not Essential

  • Experiencewith Edgecam or similar offline programming software
  • Willingnessto learn programming with full training support

Shifts Available Day Shift

Mon-Thu:08:00-17:00

Fri:08:00-13:00

Night Shift

Mon-Thunights: 19:00-07:00

  • First39 hours at 1.333x
  • Additionalhours at 1.5x

No weekend working – all overtime done during the week.
