Wine Sales Assistant & Customer Experience Lead

Job Description

Majestic Wine Inverness is seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to support the store team in driving sales and managing day-to-day operations. You will deliver exceptional customer service, build customer loyalty, and actively promote products and tastings while maintaining a high standard of store presentation.

You will be an ambassador for the store, work 24 hours per week and be comfortable driving company vans. A full UK manual driving licence is essential, and WSET progression is encouraged.
