Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious and talented Solicitor (1-3 years’ PQE) to join our highly regarded Commercial Dispute Resolution team based in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a market-leading disputes practice, working alongside recognised experts on a broad range of complex and high-profile litigation matters.
You will advise clients across a wide variety of contentious matters, including:
- Commercial contract disputes
- Property litigation (primary focus)
- Professional negligence
- Company and shareholder disputes
- Banking and financial services litigation
- Intellectual property disputes
- Contentious private client matters
- Construction and engineering disputes
About You:
- Be a Scottish-qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial dispute resolution or litigation.
- Have strong technical and analytical skills.
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of managing a varied caseload.
