Senior PICU Charge Nurse – Lead Critical Care Team

Job Description

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is recruiting a Band 7 Senior Charge Nurse for the PICU, based at the Royal Hospital for Children. You will provide clinical leadership, manage nursing staff, and support service targets within a busy Critical Care unit.

The role requires prior PICU experience at Band 6, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team. This is a permanent, full-time post with a 7:30am-8pm/7:30pm-8am pattern.
