SSE plc is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst in the Customer Service Business Improvement & Planning team. You’ll transform complex data into clear insights to improve performance and customer experience.

You’ll develop reporting, dashboards and analytical insights for stakeholders, identify trends and opportunities, and support data-driven decisions. The role is permanent, full-time, hybrid with 50% office presence at Havant or Perth.
