Right There is a charity in Scotland seeking a Research, Participation & Impact Lead to strengthen how it learns, improves and communicates its difference across programmes.

You will integrate research, evaluation, participation and impact reporting with lived experience input, turning evidence into practical recommendations and informed decisions. Hybrid working and a 35-hour+ week are typical expectations.
