Job Description

NHS Lanarkshire is seeking a Registered Nurse to support the community nursing service, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to adults in the local area.

You will assess, plan and implement care in partnership with patients and carers, work within the NMC code, and contribute to local policies while promoting safety and continuous improvement. A driving licence is required; NHS pension and 35 days leave are offered.
