New Product Development (NPD) Technologist

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our NPD team. This team are responsible for working closely with customers and production teams to take exciting new products from concept through to launch. You will be involved in supporting the development of new products for both own brand and branded customers.
You should be able to demonstrate the following abilities:
- Qualified to degree level, or equivalent, in a relevant food science subject.
- Passionate about food and having a creative mind.
- Experience in developing biscuits, cakes, and other baked products.
- An ability to be flexible and adapt to the needs of the business.
- Be proactive and a good team player.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and an upbeat, professional manner.
- Be driven with excellent attention to detail.
