Dumper & Roller Operators Wanted – Moray

Location:Elgin & surrounding areas
Job Type:Full-time
Pay:Competitive rates (depending on experience)

Paxton Personnel is looking for experiencedDumper and/or Roller Operatorsto join our clients on a variety of construction and civil engineering projects across Elgin and the Moray area.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Operating forward tipping dumpers and/or ride-on rollers safely and efficiently
  • Completing daily plant inspections and reporting any defects
  • Working alongside groundworkers, site supervisors, and other trades
  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
  • Supporting the team to keep projects running smoothly

What You’ll Need:

  • ValidCPCS or NPORS Dumper and/or Rollerticket (essential)
  • ValidCSCS Card(essential)
  • Previous experience operating plant on construction sites
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
