Youth Development Lead – Outdoor Programs & Employability

Job Description

The King’s Trust in Dundee is seeking a Youth Development Lead to design and deliver personal development sessions, some outdoors, across Outreach and Delivery. You will travel locally to support delivery with partners and volunteers, and keep precise records to meet funding contracts.

You will manage a caseload of young people, offering one-to-one coaching and guidance while helping them navigate travel costs and commitments. The role blends in-person engagement with virtual sessions as needed.
