Balfour Beatty plc is seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to lead Early Contractor Involvement and pre-construction services for major power infrastructure projects in the UK. The role bridges development and construction, ensuring efficient project development, risk management, and robust pre-construction delivery before on-site works begin.

You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, liaise with clients such as SSEN Transmission and National Grid, and drive governance, design coordination and
