Real Estate Associate / Partner
Location: M4 Corridor (Hybrid)

Our client is a highly regarded commercial practice with an outstanding reputation for advising businesses, investors, developers and high-net-worth individuals across Wales and beyond. The firm acts for five of the ten wealthiest individuals in Wales, providing exposure to some of the most prestigious and high-value real estate transactions in the market.
With a planned February 2027 start, the firm is looking to appoint an ambitious Real Estate Associate or Partner to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone considering a move in the coming months and wanting to join a practice renowned for the quality of its work and clients.
The Role
You will advise a broad portfolio of commercial clients on a wide range of real estate matters, taking ownership of complex transactions while helping to develop long-term client relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a varied caseload of commercial real estate matters from instruction through to completion.

Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development work and property finance.

Delivering commercially focused legal advice tailored to clients’ objectives.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referrers and professional contacts.

Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers where appropriate.

Working collaboratively with colleagues across corporate, banking and private wealth teams.

Supporting business development initiatives and helping grow the firm’s already impressive client base.

Meeting agreed financial and performance objectives.
About You
We’re keen to hear from solicitors who have:

Significant post-qualification experience in Commercial Real Estate.

A strong technical background with excellent commercial awareness.

Experience managing complex transactions independently.

Outstanding client relationship and communication skills.

A proactive approach to business development.

The ability to supervise or mentor junior members of the team.

Strong organisational and time management skills.
