Chef Supervisor – Catering (Temporary, 30h/wk)

Job Description

South Lanarkshire Council in Hamilton is recruiting four Assistant Cook-in-Charge to manage a quality catering service. The post is temporary for 12 weeks, 30 hours per week, based at Council Offices, Almada Street.

You will supervise a team of Facilities Assistants, prepare meals, order goods, conduct basic quality audits and ensure compliance with food safety systems. Strong communication, initiative and customer-focused service are essential.
