Leading a successful fiduciary team requires vision, technical expertise and a commitment to exceptional client service. In this role, you’ll oversee complex trust structures, support business development and help shape the future direction of the administration function. It’s an exciting opportunity for a senior trust professional ready to influence change.

Location Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead and develop multiple trust administration teams.
  • Oversee the management of complex trust and corporate client portfolios.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with clients, intermediaries and business introducers.
  • Drive operational efficiency, profitability and service excellence.
  • Monitor team performance, KPIs and financial targets.
  • Support business development and identify new opportunities.
  • Lead client meetings and manage complex fiduciary matters.
  • Oversee process improvements and organisational change initiatives.
  • Mentor managers and senior administrators while developing future talent.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and senior management decision-making.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years’ trust industry experience together with a STEP or CGI (ICSA) qualification, or equivalent. You’ll possess significant leadership experience, a strong commercial mindset and an in-depth understanding of trust and company administration, financial reporting and regulatory requirements. You’ll have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, developing client relationships and delivering operational improvements, supported by outstanding communication, influencing and organisational skills.
