Senior OIM – Offshore/Onshore Operations Lead

Job Description

INEOS FPS is seeking an OIM to oversee safe operation of offshore installations and onshore facilities. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure adherence to health and safety standards, and manage communication between onshore and offshore personnel.

The role requires ensuring welfare of personnel, compliance with SHE policies, and alignment with Ineos FPS standards. Offshore/offshore travel and Aberdeen office-based work are expected.
