Penicuik Estate is seeking a Head Housekeeper to lead the presentation and cleanliness of our luxury properties, ensuring every room is immaculate and every detail considered.

The role oversees housekeeping across a blended model, collaborates with cleaning contractors, and develops our in-house team over time. It is a hands-on, field-based position requiring you to work alongside the team in properties and during turnarounds to uphold our high standards.
