Senior Care Assistant – Lead Team & Train Staff

Job Description

Handsale Ltd is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our care home team on a full-time basis (39.25 hours per week) in Scotland. The role requires flexibility to work days as per ROTA and involves promoting independence and mobility for residents, supervising junior staff, and supporting daily living needs.

You will monitor residents’ wellbeing, contribute to care planning, maintain records, and assist with activities to ensure comfort and dignity for residents with varying needs.
