Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager for Toby Carvery Bathgate Farm. You will support the General Manager, lead the team, and ensure guests have an excellent experience. You’ll mentor staff and model behaviours that drive pride in every plate and drink.

You will actively develop your team, deliver WOW moments, and help create a welcoming, lively dining environment at the Bathgate site.
