Job Description

The Maintenance and Technical Services Department has one Plumber vacancy. The successful applicant will be required to carry out the planned maintenance, installation, repair and testing of plumbing systems and associated equipment, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with current regulations and NHS Grampian organisational procedures.

Applicants must have completed a recognised apprenticeship in Plumbing and have gained relevant experience.

Applicants must possess a current full, driving licence.

This Band 4 role will initially attract a salary of £31,537 per annum rising with increments to £34,303, this salary will include the current, additional benefit of Recruitment Retention Premium at £5109.24.

The post holder will also be required to participate in an on call rota for which there are additional base payments plus overtime.

The post holder will be based in the Peterhead and Fraserburgh areas, there may also be a requirement to undertake duties across the Grampian region.
