Lead MHO Service for Adults & Forensic Mental Health

Job Description

The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking a Team Leader Mental Health Officer (MHO) to lead the MHO service within the EHSCP leadership team. The role manages both the Adults with Incapacity and Forensic MHO teams and requires strong leadership to navigate statutory duties and upcoming legislative changes.

You will oversee ten MHO posts and one social work post, ensuring high-quality services while supporting staff development and change management. Flexible working is available where possible.
