Harvey Nash Group is seeking a skilled Policy Specialist for a primarily remote contract role with occasional travel to Edinburgh. You will support policy development and governance work related to Scotland’s offshore renewables sector.

The four-month contract focuses on auditing and scrutinising ScotWind leasing processes, with emphasis on stakeholder engagement, evidence-based reporting, and robust policy advice to public sector bodies.
