Job Description

Aon in Glasgow/Leeds is hiring a Claims Service Adviser to support our commercial clients through the claims journey, ensuring efficient handling and favourable outcomes.

You will manage a portfolio of claims from notification to settlement, provide guidance to clients, review policy coverages, and coordinate with insurers, loss adjusters and solicitors. The role requires strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills, and familiarity with FCA requirements.
