Adaptive Home Health is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Field Clinician to deliver skilled nursing visits in patients’ homes under RN supervision.

This full-time, field-based role across Texas offers flexible scheduling and a productivity-based pay model, supported by our charting and scheduling tools. The LVN will coordinate care, monitor conditions, and educate patients and caregivers to ensure adherence to the plan of care.
