Bioresources Plant Manager: Sludge, CHP & Digestion Operations

Job Description

Veolia in Edinburgh seeks a Bioresources Treatment Manager to deliver operational excellence at Seafield, overseeing sludge treatment from import/export through to thermal hydrolysis, anaerobic digestion and CHP engine management.

You will lead a high-performing team, maintain strict safety standards and drive continuous improvement with root-cause analysis and budget oversight. This role requires engineering or technical expertise in wastewater/energy processes and strong leadership.
