Youth Housing Support Worker – 24/7 Care & Independence

Job Description

Action for Children in Dundee is seeking a Housing Support Worker to assist young homeless people and care-experienced youths. The role provides supported accommodation and aims to develop independent living skills for 16-21 year-olds across two sites.

The service operates 24/7 with shifts, including evenings and weekends. The incumbent will maintain safeguarding standards, work within policies, and contribute to a positive, supportive environment in the Dundee Youth Housing Service.
