Member-Focused Duty Manager, Gym Leadership (Bank/Part-Time)

Job Description

Nuffield Health, Edinburgh Fountain Fitness and Wellbeing Club, is seeking a Duty Manager on a bank basis to support the club’s daily operations. This role focuses on delivering exceptional member experiences, driving sales, and maintaining high service standards in a busy health club environment.

You will be responsible for club opening/closing, engaging with members, leading peers, and conducting tours for prospective members while supporting safety protocols and Lifeguard coverage as needed.
