Patient Enquiry & Admin Coordinator – Bank (Part-Time)

Job Description

Nuffield Health Glasgow Hospital is seeking a Patient Enquiry Handler on a bank (ad-hoc) basis in Glasgow. The role offers shifts Monday-Thursday 8am-7pm, Friday 8am-6pm and one Saturday a month, with pay at £13.10 per hour dependent on experience.

You will bring administration experience in a complex, fast-paced environment, handling calls and emails, inputting data, and supporting Salesforce CRM to help deliver excellent patient service.
