Baillie Gifford in Edinburgh is seeking a strategic leader to head People Technology and Data. This role combines technology leadership, data governance and workforce analytics to deliver integrated systems and insights across the employee lifecycle.

You will shape architecture, drive automation and AI-enabled improvements, and lead a team to balance delivery with risk and governance, ensuring reliable, secure workforce data and meaningful reporting.
